Join Our Team We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Co-ordinator to help ensure the smooth delivery of our creative and client projects, as well as supporting on business administration. What We're Looking For 2.5 years of experience in operations, production coordination, or project management. Exceptional organisational skills and an ability to juggle multiple priorities. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Google Suite). An understanding of the creative production process. A solutions-focused mindset and a love for processes. What You'll Be Doing Supporting end-to-end production and project delivery. Scheduling shoots, managing timelines, handling budgets and booking resources, contributing to profitable deliveries. Maintaining project documentation and ensuring compliance. Liaising with internal teams and external partners. Problem-solving operational challenges quickly and efficiently. Contributing to the continuous improvement of our production processes and wider business efficiency. Are You Obsessed with keeping projects on track and on time?
