Our London-based real estate client is seeking a Yardi Systems Administrator to support and enhance their Yardi platform. This role will focus on ensuring the system is optimized to meet evolving business needs while operating efficiently and in compliance with legislative changes. Key Responsibilities: System Maintenance & Administration : Maintain and administer Yardi One , Yardi Voyager , Elevate , CRM Flex , and RentCafé systems and databases. Ensure data integrity and promote standardised procedures and practices across the business. System Enhancements & Upgrades : Support enhancements and upgrades to the Yardi platform, including documenting processes, identifying training needs, and providing business-wide support. Reporting & Development : Design, develop, and maintain custom reports, tasks, and scripts within the Yardi platform to support business intelligence and operational needs. Onboarding & Property Setups : Lead or participate in the due diligence and property setup process , including system conversions and the setup of new properties.
