Director of Product Management – Digital Payments (Mobile App) Location: London (2-days per week in office) A consumer facing, global technology with hundreds of millions of users is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of its mobile payments product. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with deep expertise in customer-facing digital payments and e-wallets, eager to drive innovative, scalable solutions for millions of users worldwide. The Role: Own and lead the product roadmap for a rapidly growing mobile payments feature, from concept to launch. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, and business teams to deliver seamless payment experiences. Develop strategies to increase adoption, transaction volume, and revenue. Define and track success metrics like user satisfaction, transaction success, and retention. Ensure full compliance with regulatory and security standards across multiple markets. Lead a team of 6 product managers, empowering them to work in a solution orientated way Desired Experience: Experience in senior product leadership roles, ideally within digital payments, mobile wallets, or fintech. Deep understanding of payment systems, gateways, and mobile app ecosystems. A track record of launching and scaling successful mobile products in global markets.
