Product Manager

Xcede are excited to be working on behalf of an ecommerce brand with a global presence, who have an extremely loyal customer base are now looking to launch a marketplace which will propel the company to the next level. There is a need to hire a Product Manager, to focus on the seller side of their marketplace. This role comes with an enormous amount of scope here to shape the future of the company, working in a very autonomous environment where the founder believes heavily in learning and development. You will take the company on a journey where there is scope to make changes, reporting into an influential CPO, exploring new markets, and growing a team around you over time. Responsibilities Launching the marketplace product from 0-1 Running workshops Building the roadmap, defining key requirements, running experimentations, and integrating the marketplace with internal systems Oversee and analyse performance and experiment to create features and best in class user journeys Develop partnerships with 3rd parties Reinventing how the company delivers value to its customers Desired Experience Customer centric and data driven as a product manager Must have worked as a Product Manager in an ecommerce environment, either from a B2C or B2B perspective Can be hands on with Jira, journey, and user story mapping A pragmatic individual that is excited about the challenge of launching a totally new area and driving impact within a very successful and profitable business Ability to prioritise features to that deliver impact If you harbour a desire to impact and own the 0-1 launch of a greenfield product, this could be a great fit.
