About the Role As a Junior Software Engineer, you’ll be part of a supportive team that’s designing and building APIs and services to support our rapidly expanding platform. This is a hands-on learning opportunity where you’ll work alongside experienced engineers, contributing to projects that are critical to XILO's success. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development of scalable APIs for XILO’s platform. Learn how to optimize backend systems for performance and reliability. Contribute to database queries and enhancements to support high-volume API traffic. Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver integrations. Debug and resolve backend issues under guidance from experienced engineers. What We’re Looking For: Familiarity with modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or Java).
