IT Support Team Lead – Financial Services – Up to £35k Benefits (Altrincham) Xpertise Recruitment is looking for an IT Support Team Lead to join a growing organisation based in Altrincham. Leading the IT support function, ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained and continually improved. Overseeing first and second-line support across desktop, software, and initial infrastructure issues. Collaborating with the security team to maintain best practices. Planning and delivering end-user computing projects, upgrades, and improvements. Skills & Experience Required Previous experience working within an IT support environment, with a track record of leading a successful team. Strong understanding of Microsoft-based infrastructure and general networking. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong interdepartmental relationships. A confident, motivated approach with the ability to manage workloads, multitask, and work well under pressure.
