Senior User Experience Designer

What you'll be doing: Design intuitive, user-first experiences across mobile and web platforms Create wireframes, prototypes, and journey maps to bring ideas to life Run user research and usability testing to validate and sharpen your designs Champion accessibility, simplicity, and scalability across all products Collaborate closely with UI designers, Product Managers, and Developers Help grow and evolve our design system with fresh, user-driven thinking What we're looking for: Strong experience designing complex digital products (with a portfolio to prove it) Confident in running research, gathering insights, and translating them into designs Expert with tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar Passion for designing clean, accessible, mobile-friendly experiences A proactive mindset — you spot opportunities and make things better Bonus if you have experience in regulated industries (finance, legal, healthcare) Why join?
