Are you a strategic UX leader passionate about creating outstanding user experiences in complex product environments? We’re looking for an experienced UX Design Manager to lead and grow a talented UX team, driving design excellence across multiple business-critical digital products. About the Role: You will lead a team of UX designers working across three key product areas: a corporate website, a digital compliance resource hub, and an interactive technology showcase platform. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will be responsible for shaping UX strategy, championing user-centered design principles, and collaborating closely with marketing, product, engineering, and executive teams. Key Challenge: Translating complex and technical company offerings into clear, engaging, and user-friendly language and designs that effectively communicate value and support marketing efforts. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the digital experience truly sells the company’s strengths to its target audience. Your role will involve balancing delivery with quality, sometimes slowing down project timelines to prioritise user research and discovery. You will be the voice of UX at the highest levels, presenting to senior stakeholders and influencing the company’s digital presence to be industry-leading and user-friendly. What You’ll Do: Line manage, mentor, and grow a team of 7 UX professionals Drive the overall UX strategy across multiple products Represent UX in senior leadership discussions, influencing product and marketing decisions Own and enhance the public-facing digital experience, the key “shop window” for the business Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the organisation Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, engineering, and exec teams Use data, research, and analytics to guide design decisions What We’re Looking For: 5–8 years in UX design, with 2–3 years in a leadership or line management role Experience in B2B product environments, design agencies, finance, eCommerce, or advertising Comfortable working in complex, regulated, or technical product settings Skilled at simplifying complex technical information for users Hands-on design experience, especially in marketing-related projects Proficient in Figma Paying around the £100,000 - £110,000 mark plus bonus.
