Front End UX Developer -Hybrid

Job DescriptionJob Description Front-End Web developer - UX/Design Focus We have a long term contract/contract to hire role located in Downtown Chicago. Hybrid role in the office 3 days per week. Lead front-end technical initiatives, from simple website updates to complex personalized web projects on cmegroup.com, our mobile app and other branded microsites using various methods (e.g., content management system components, plain HTML/CSS/JS). Provide quality assurance for web pages and emails Collaborate with copywriters, project managers, designers and development teams to translate ideas into personalized web, email and mobile app experiences. Troubleshoot front-end issues, collaborate with the broader technology team and provide details for escalations as necessary. Provide technical oversight and responsive design guidance to junior team members Requirements Solid understanding of best practices for architecting and building front-end web solutions and how to implement them A strong portfolio of 1-2 years of in-house, agency or consulting experience working on complex websites and mobile apps Demonstrated proficiency in the development of web pages/applications using HTML5, CSS, and Javascript/JSON/XML. Experience with UX/UI/Design and rapid prototyping Knowledge/experience of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM content management system), GCP, Workfront, JIRA, Confluence, AWS Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Email Studio Experience with 3rd party APIs and authentication methods a plus Experience in scrum/agile methodologies #J-18808-Ljbffr
