About the Company Grant Cardone Enterprises (GCE) is a global leader in education, consulting, and management for small businesses. Responsibilities: Use project management tools (e.g., Monday, Trello) to track event progress and deadlines. Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders. Manage event activities within budget and timeline. Collaborate with technology teams for AV, event apps, and tech solutions. Coordinate live streaming, webinars, and virtual components. Troubleshoot technical issues during events. Maintain internal event management software (10X Events). Lead project sprints from planning to deployment. Coordinate with external vendors. Provide on-site technical support during events. Work with event staff and volunteers for smooth operations. Gather feedback to improve future events. Qualifications: 3+ years in event planning and project management in a technical environment. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in project management tools. Experience with technology integration in events. Willingness to travel for site visits and support. Additional preferred qualifications include: Certification in Event Management (CMP) or Project Management (PMP). Experience with coding and software development. Experience in hospitality or large-scale corporate events. Familiarity with GCE’s mission and values.
