What Youll Do Architect & Secure: Design and implement robust LAN/WAN/Cloud network architectures with Layer 2/Layer 3 routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS), VLAN segmentation, and FIPS-compliant encryption . Deploy & Automate: Lead hybrid network deployments and optimize enterprise infrastructure using Linux (Ubuntu, Red Hat, CentOS) , Python, Bash, and Ansible for network automation and infrastructure as code (IaC) . Assess & Protect: Conduct vulnerability assessments , configure network security appliances (e.g., Cisco ASA , Fortinet , Check Point ), and implement NGFW , IDS/IPS , and VPNs . Mentor & Guide: Support junior engineers on network simulation tools (CORE, EMANE), SDLC processes, and DevOps integration using Terraform , Git, and scripting. Cloud & Innovation: Architect and secure cloud networking solutions in AWS , Azure , or GCP , including hybrid/multi-cloud environments and containerized NFV.
