Technical Operations Analyst

Technical Operations Analyst We are currently seeking a Technical Operations Analyst for an excellent opportunity in the Chicago Loop. The company is a proprietary trading firm with employees across the Netherlands, UK, and US, participating in markets including futures, equities, commodities, options, fixed income, and cryptocurrencies. The culture emphasizes teamwork and continuous integration with test-driven development. This position is 100% onsite. Responsibilities Oversee the operation and maintenance of trading systems to ensure continuity and stability. Coordinate and execute firm-wide changes within a global change management framework. Provide end-user support to employees in Chicago and abroad. Install, configure, troubleshoot PC hardware and software. User provisioning and support for conference room technologies. Evaluate and recommend new hardware and software solutions. Manage technology inventory and assist in procurement. Support key business initiatives and participate in team rotation for on-call coverage. Qualifications Bachelor’s or associate degree in a technical field preferred. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. Strong experience with Windows Server, Windows 11, Group Policy, and Active Directory. Proficiency in Linux and understanding of networking protocols (DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP, UDP). Self-motivated with a passion for solving complex problems. Experience with Intune management, mobile device management, and familiarity with Atlassian suite (Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket). Knowledge of SQL or similar relational databases. Ability to manage projects independently. Benefits and Salary Salary range: $100K - $170K.
